Thanks for breathing new life into the stagnant mire of American media! For the first time I was watching a show where I actually felt like people like me were being represented and was funny as hell to watch. You guys have made me sit up and take notice of the mixed media of comedy acting and music and you do it so well!
So bravo for a wonderful two seasons!
Whether Flight of the Conchords keeps on going or ends, the one thing that never stops completely, nor stops being fulfilling is creativity, so even though it's the end of the show I'm looking forward to seeing great things from you two in the future.

Dear Bret and Jemaine,

I felt compelled upon the series finale to write you guys as concise a thank-you as I could for the two seasons, forgive the unneeded mournfulness.

You know you've succeeded in the industry of making people laugh when you can eventually make people cry. (Psh, not like I got all emotional... just, uhm, something I heard.) All of the fans you have earned have been touched by your genuine love for what you do, and henceforth feel a genuine connection to your work. So, it naturally saddens us to see this chapter in Conchords history end. But there was so much wonderful stuff before the TV show aired, and I know there will be much more to come. We al eagerly await whatever the next witty and sarcastic project shall be;
and I would like to personally thank you for always making me laugh and smile, without exception, not only through your comedy but through your own individual wonderfulness.

A friend was telling me about a comedy show she went to once, where they'd posted up signs on the stage that pretty much said "
Anyone who heckles gets their asses thrown OUT."

Considering the unpleasant events that took place at Davies Hall last year, maybe you could assume a similar approach with security and such. Just an idea to hopefully minimize the level of potential douchebaggery.

Well, alcohol is REALLY, ridiculously expensive at the Fox Theatre, so hopefully it won't be too bad. But the prices didn't stop this one dude at the Bjork concert so I don't know... Seven trips to the bar. Seven. That's, like, more than a hundred bucks. A cup of beer is $20 there, and everything else is upwards of that.

geeez thats a lot for beer!!! I wouldnt be a drunk asshole at concerts there.. it would cost too much money!!

You wouldn't be allowed to leave my house without me, but we could spend the entire day out. You guys can't stay cooped up in my apartment all day, I know that. I can't do that, myself, and I live there!
