It's just right now the status of the show is still up in the air. I'd like to know for sure whether or not it is coming back. That's what I was asking earlier. I don't want to be hoping for a third season months from now. If it truly is the end, I wish they would say so definitively and put an end to all the speculation.

haha, no...I'd like to know, too! Maybe they don't know themselves yet.

This was supposed to be Big Love's final season, but they recently renewed it for another. I bet HBO is open to another Conchords season, but maybe Bret and Jemaine haven't been able to give them a definite answer yet.

I'm Ok w/Bret's idea of skipping 3 and going straight to season 4. My guess is the ball's in FOTC's court. Beside all the afore mentioned stuff they gotta do, Jem's gotta be a dad. Also wonder if they consider moving to the US. I mean to be a comedy writer/whatever I would think you pretty much have to be in LA. As a parent, you want your kid to grow up how you did (to experience the good parts anyhow), so maybe he will try to stay in NZ.

well, at least i have my great tix to see them in May when they come to Milwaukee. I also have now thanks to this forum, what I didn't have last year. That's the presence of mind to hang around after the show to give my love and thank them for all the laughs..
