I watched the skit with Mango and J-Lo tonight, haha. Good old Kattan days.

Saturday Night Live hasn't been good since the early 90's. Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Chris Farley, Kevin Nealon... etc. That's when it was good.

Well, the ad for the November 15th show just ran, and it's Paul Rudd and Beyonce. I got all excited for nothing...

omg, nikki. i am still in love with jason segal as Nick. i was soo mad at lindsay for not loving him, too. i thought he was really adorable in forgetting sarah marshall. i wanted to stab Kristen Bell, though. i do not like her.

haha, omg, i agree with you both. i love Nick! wtf was up with Lindsay? lol. i loved lady L. that shiie was dope! haha. but i do have to admit that he was a bit creepy in FSM. i mean, i still loved him in it...just....well...yea...

I'm sad this rumor wasn't true. (even though a part of me knew it wasn't all along, I wanted to be wrong)

i think the chances of them going on snl will increase as it gets closer to the season premiere.

I'm quite positive our NZ boys will make it to the show one day.

SNL has rarely been funny in my lifetime. Occasionally there is a good sketch and Jon Hamm was good a few weeks back (the first time I'd watched in years but only to see if I could find out any FOTC info). I'd hate to see them on it coz they are better than that. On the other hand I'd love to see them on anything. I have my doubts that they'd do the show anytime soon as they are busy filming and sort of in-between things. It makes more sense if they do it around the time of the second season starting.

Jon Hamm was hilarious! I had no idea who he was, but he was great. I was so happy to see a Vincent Price sketch, they haven't done one in forever.

Jon Hamm is the lead actor on Mad Men called Don Draper ;
) It's about an advertising agency in the 50's and he's an Creative Director. I wish I could watch the show...but alas..I've only seen one episode from the past season in my advertising messages class " title="" border="0"/>

I figured that out after seeing the show. But I saw the promos the week before and was like, "
Who the Hell is Jon Hamm?"


Like I said, though, it was a good episode. I disagree that it hasn't been funny in years because there are ups and downs in every show. Last week's with Ben Affleck SUCKED. Case in point.

This isn't a contribution to the FOTC on SNL rumor, but...yeah.

Seems like they're kind of parodying a few FOTC parodies (Inner City Pressure, Most Beautiful Girl, a little bit of I'm Not Cryin'?)....with a touch of gross/dumb. " title="" border="0"/> Just get the real fellas on there already and have them be the hosts and musical guests! Would serve as some great promotion for Season 2...

I don't know if you Madmen watchers know that Kristin Schaal was in it, fairly early on. She played a switchboard operator who was flirting w/an art director or somebody. I found out it was her long after I saw it, and at the time didn't know who she was, but I did remember the character she played and her doing a great job.

Thanks for the Hugh Laurie SNL update. Love him. But last time they didn't do a House take off. Hopefully will NW.

i actually really liked that digital short. it was hilarious AND had a hot beat. the only time i felt like the digital short was copying fotc was the hero song...it was a lot like "
think about it"
