Jemaine and Bret have got so many presents from their fans that it's so difficult to give them something original, but I think every present is special to them. :#jem#: :#blowkiss#: :#bret#: :#blowkiss#:

I gave Jemaine two DVDs with Polish cult comedies and T-shirts for Bret and Jemaine with The Police Academy logo from my hometown. The next day performing Jenny, they sang about watching Police Academy 4, not Weekend at Bernie's part 2 :#cloud9#: . I suspect they watched also at least one of the comedies I gave Jemaine, because of what they said during the Issues banter at one of the shows later on :#cloud9#: .

I was thinking about giving them honey from my hometown or homemade bread for sweet sandwitches, but I couldn't take with me any food or glass while I was traveling by plane. Next time. :#pray#:

As for a spontaneous present and one of the Flighties' shenanigans, while we were in Glasgow for their shows we bought them this (you can see my silhouette going back to my seat :#shy#: ):

I planned to give the guys a drawing I made for them in 2008. I brought it with me to two shows and both times they didn't do a meet and greet. The third and final time I saw them I decided against bringing it because I knew that they had already seen it and appreciate it. Of course, that's the time I met Jemaine. I ended up not needing to bring it as he mentioned it without me even bringing it up. Literally the best moment of my life. :#cloud9#:

Sara (luckym) and I bought Bret an animal t-shirt from a Top Man in London. :#aziz#:



We gave it to him after their show in Birmingham and right away asked if we got it at Top Man. He said he had seen at one of their stores before and said that he remembered liking it. :#aziz#:

Yes I saw the thread and the pictures.

What's the best present a fan has given you?
Some fans gave us a quilt and it had 12 different squares on it. Each one was from a different fan. The main one had a picture of Jemaine's shorts from You Don't Have to Be a Prostitute and from Sugar Lumps. Oh also, a couple of fans made some miniature sheep dolls and one had glasses and one had a beard.

The only gift I've ever given that was from just me and not a group thing was [url=this][/url]. I gave it to Jemaine after their Salt Lake City show in 2009... only it was never opened in front of me. We gave him the quilts and the adopted monkey (as well as Bret's b-day gift(s)) that night so the other smaller, more personal gifts were handed over at once just before he left us. I have no idea if he ever opened it or what he thought of it and I was too shy to ask later. :#sadlove#:
