FOTC Lip Dub Fansterpiece

Here's my entry from back in January. I'll never understand why they didn't use any of it, but I'm totally over it. Really.

It's okay, though, I had fun making it, and almost 600 people watched it. There were a lot of great entries that they didn't use in the final video, I don't know what they were thinking...

Award winning fan-made music video for "

by Flight of the Conchords.
Story:
While stranded in the desert the Rigby Bismarks befriend a pair of cuddly furballs. The furballs provide the Bismarks with much needed water and ice cream. Once the ice cream runs out the furballs serenade the Bismarks with a happy rendition of "
Hiphopoptamus vs. Rhymenoceros"
. As a token of their gratitude the Rigby Bismarks provide the furballs with several hi-fives and a few hugs.
Awards:
Finalist in the "
Flight of the Conchords Lip Dub Fansterpiece"
contest. As a finalist, portions of this video aired on HBO during Season 2 of Flight of the Conchords.

Bombay Beach along the Enchanting Salton Sea in Sunny California

Post - Cut in Final Cut Pro 7 and Color Corrected in Apple Color
Behind-the-Scenes:
Pretty much all dance moves seen in this video were choreographed on the day.
