Haha. Oh, I'm going that way for sure. I was looking at another one today in the shop. I'm getting it next pay. I'm the easiest person to make a sale to when it comes to cameras.
People ask me if it's really necessary. I say, Yes! Always!

Hah...same here. What camera are you looking at?

Right now I own
2 Polaroids
2 Minoltas
3 Kodaks
1 Holga
1 Toshiba
1 Sony
and 1 Canon...which is the one I mainly use. (Digital Rebel XT)

My main Camera is my Canon EOS5D (Named Cedric.. yes, I know I'm a nutbag for naming things.. <img src=" title="Razz" border="0"/>), I use him for almost all of my photography, but the only problem is that he is so freaking heavy, so if I'm sooting a band or something my arms can get quite tired. But he does a great job.

I'm looking at getting a Nikon, it's a step down in quality from Ced, but I'm looking at size and weight. It's almost half the size (Cedric is HUGE) but still has most of the features I need. I'm thinking of getting this one for every day use/music festivals, because it isn't safe lugging around a huge camera bag around for 12 hours around thousands of drunk people.. hah.

I own Two canons, a pentax, a kodak and an olympus. Slowly building it up, to the horror of my mother.

The 5D is very good. I'd reccomend it. It's so strong and sturdy, can survive most and fall!

Ah,that's good! I have quite a problem with dropping cameras since I hate putting the strap on them. I have dropped 2 in the water and killed them. Needless to say, I was very upset. They're like my weird digital children,my cameras.haha

Ohhh trust me I know exactly how you feel. I’m just like you. For a compact digi I recently bought the Olympus one that’s almost indestructible. 120 crush proof, drop proof, 10m underwater.. It’s good for a compact.
I dropped Cedric on my tiled bathroom floor from a height of about a meter and a half. I hadn’t zipped my camera bag up properly *blush* but he still works perfectly fine, only a ting dent in the lens.

Haha oh no I'm the same! I took Cedric to work with me to photograph the winter recital that the kids did, one of the babies pulled Ced off the bench and started playing around with the settings.. I embarassed myself. I was so frightened I thought he'd broken it. Though I wouldn't have been mad at the boy, he's only 2. and loves cameras.
