i think they may be talking about the nob hill show. i totally remember a girl shouting "
HAVE MY BABIES"
and this lead to bret saying "
have your babies?"
and then kind of mimed it..like he put his hands near his waist area and raised them up...HAHA

and then there was the other girl with a sign that said "
I WANT TO HAVE YOUR BABIES"
but she also had a sign that said "
I LOVE YOU JEMAINE"
so they talked about how she would have bret's babies but be in love with jemaine and how awkward the whole situation would be. hahaha.

The footage is from the first night in L.A. and while I watched this I realized that this must have been what was being filmed by the camera stationed right next to me for the first part of their performance. I wondered about that... nice to know it showed up somewhere important ;

D'oh. Sounds like some people were so crazed they ceased making sense. I think it's time people come up with something a little more original than baby birthing comments. That's pretty stale material. Besides it makes no sense. Is it supposed to be a euphemism for sex? I seriously doubt all of these people want to have babies, they just want to have sex with the guys right? Ok, it's decided, next time I'm in the audience at one of their shows I'm just going to shout - Jemaine - have sex with me! And we'll see how it goes.

What I like about the guys reaction(s) to fans asking to have their babies or vice versa is that they make a joke of it showing they don't take themselves too seriously.
It's all in fun Which is important to remember.

When I saw them they had snappy retorts for whatever fans shouted out. I know it's in fun. I guess I just think if you must shout out something it should be something original, memorable and witty, give them something new to work with, ya know?

Memorable enough fot the lamo comment to be mentioned on HBO's TheBuzz But I have my doubt that they thought it was clever.

It's funny what they will respond to and what they don't. I don't think I can ever be as clever as they are. I love funny men, it's sexy :-*

I love you, Bret!"


Another girl (fellow Breterosexual?) immediately screamed back at me "
Back off, b****!"
After that, it was pandemonium.

My bf still thinks it was my fault the SF audience went so nuts screaming stuff at them. He said, "
Don't you see? You broke the seal!"

Some other flighties have screamed at shows as well.

And as a matter of fact Jemaine actually said to her that it was ok and that he found it amusing. He was so cute about the whole thing. He even said "
flighty"
during the concert. He said "
shush flighty"

I heard the Sf audience was pretty rowdy...was that true?
