2016 Summer Tour - General Chat

And they've just announced it along with links to tickets for each venue:

Human Beans, it’s happening again! We’ve added shows in Houston, Dallas, Phoenix and a return to Los Angeles for Festival Supreme this October! Tickets for all shows go on sale Friday, August 12th at 10am (local time).

Wow to all the added dates. :#thud#: I think we have the Phoenix show cancellation to thank for this. Doubt they would be doing all these shows if they weren't going to already be in the US.

Apparently I was under the impression that Festival Supreme was traveling through these cities, especially since the venues are so big. Finally figured out that it was just the LA show. :#doh#: +

ADD: Then again, there were some pretty big venues this summer. The Houston venue holds 16k and Dallas 6k (thought they were both the same from Oddball, but Dallas is not).

I am legit thinking about going to a couple of these shows. :#shy#:

Is anyone else considering any of them??

ADD: I'm not sure why I feel like they've just announced a long awaited tour after years away and that I haven't just seen them a couple of weeks ago. :#haha#: I'm all panicky and shit thinking about how I can make this happen. :8-):

The two shows I'm eyeing up just happen to be the two Texas shows! (for obvious reasons ) I was already in the early stages of planning at trip there sometime in October before I even found out about these shows! How convenient riiiight??? :;

I was seeing sites like that before the last couple of times tickets on sale too. " title="Angry" />

I don't know if they actually have tickets yet or if they just hope like everyone else that they have them and are so confident that they will get them they start advertising them early?? It's beyond sketchy though.

Yeah, was wondering if that was what they were doing. And it was showing up in what looked like press releases from them issued to radio and news stations, which is gross.

And I was just wondering who'd be opening for them!

Side by side it's too coincidental for it to not be intentional. The real question is, did they choose it just because they liked it or to help honor David Bowie? (Both, probably.)

OK, I'm so glad you guys said this because I have been trying to get over the fact that the yellow and red beside each other reminds me of ketchup and mustard. :#haha#: It was bothering me so much that I was considering changing it but I feel better now and will leave it! :;
