After reading the limerick idea, I came up with one of my own, but it really didn't have anything to do with wishing you a happy birthday. Also, it was rather vulgar even for my tastes, not to mention that coming from me it would seem uncomfortably homoerotic. And that's the LAST thing Arj Barker needs on his birthday.

So I'll just keep it simple. Happy Birthday, Arj Barker. I can only hope that you start this new year of your life the same way you started the first year of your life: by being in a vagina (so to speak). Have a good one.
