Don't know if anyone's going to the Amoeba show, but it has been moved to 6 pm, plus you gotta get there at noon to get a wristband that will let you into the show -- which is outside. Which may mean you can watch it from afar w/out one? I dunno. I just can't make it -- I'm in LA area but too far to do two trips in one day. Bitch.

ok i gave up running cause i realized i couldnt get there without GPS and my arm got tired of carrying it while i ran, so hopefully we'll have some youtube videos that will have to do

i called and the guy told me there are no wrist bands but they are going to have a line outside...

i am not really to sure to believe him so i am getting there as early as i can

When I called Amoeba the other day, a gal told me about the time change and to get a wristband at noon -- maybe they dumped the wristband idea? Anyhow, I guess I'm jumping the gun, coming here to see if anyone had posted anything yet! They're probably still signing autographs or whatever. Can't wait.

Did you go? I called a little while ago and the kid told me they were signing, and no one else was gonna be let in the store, didn't tell me how many people were there, I asked if they'd be on the news, he didn't know (which I take as a no, or the guy is lame if cameras were there and he missed it!). I mean entertainment stories are big on LA news tv -- Britney gets on before the murders, etc!

I was gonna call and ask for Jemaine -- say it was Steve -- or maybe Old Gregg -- but it sounded too crazy.

haha tan They'd be like "Jemaine, there's someone on the phone for you, he said his name is steve" and you'd just hear Jemaine in t he background "Bloody Steve!!"

Sheesh I shoulda called up and said it was Sally...Dang! That woulda gotten him to the phone! Both actually

I'm hoping both of them are over Sally by now... please be over Sally.

so i went to amoeba today
got there an hour and a half beforehand
i was 20 people away from the entrance when the store reached max capacity.

that bummed me out
im sure you guys had a great show

*sigh* couldn't get in to the instore at amoeba in la today. you guys are SUPER popular now and there was a HUGE crowd outside! sorry i missed it!
