I just watched on my tv -- since we have hbo on demand -- and he's playing the music to which jemaine is singing along to. Not sure what kind of instrument (or computer type thingy) that is, but the music you hear is him playing it.

Add: The very beginning is cut off. You have Jemaine saying, "
let's try it"
and then Bret says, "
one, two, three, wait.. one, two, three, four"
and then he starts playing that... thing. haha!

HBO Canada has FINALLY added FOTC to their list of shows. The Conchords page is pretty lame so far though.
