...well, probably not. It's Wiscosnin, and we probably have more cows than sheep. But some of the guys from Madison worked w/ WETA on LotR, so there's a [tenuous] connection to NZ lurking about somehere...
I really enjoyed S1, but have to admit I didn't go full hog into the show until I listened to the BBC series. Like many here, I am an obsessive Neil Finn/Crowded House fan, and listened to show to hear from Neil...and listened and listened again for Bret and Jemaine. Got some of the older cds, bought the S1 dvds (extras, where are you!?) and rededicated myself to all things Conchord. While I'm sad S2 (and perhaps the entire series -sniff-sniff-) is over, I'm ever so happy to be able to read the tour accounts and look forward to the new cd.
About me? I'm 30, have my own boutique in Metro-Milwaukee, love to read, do KenKen, and spend my spare time trying to train my wheaten terrier puppy not to be a hound from hell.
(And I don't know if this is the place to declare it, but I am Jemaine's bitch. The glasses, the hair, the stubble and the sweet broad shoulders--all good, good things. Even the Rueben Kinkaid-esque leisure suits he's wearing this tour can't dampen my appreciation for the J-Dawg.)
So happy to be here--thanks to everyone for their great posts.

WELCOME! I'm probably the only Wisconsinite as of yet on here! So, it's nice to see someone else from our state (few members from chicago but meh).
Are you going to the Milwaukee show? or one of them?

Welcome! And any place is a good one to declare oneself for a particular Conchord (Jemaine especially...from one Jemainiac to another ;
) ).

Welcome, aew21!
Yep, there are a lot of Finn-related fans around here...and by the way, I had to look up KenKen because I had never heard of it. Will have to check that out!
Anyway, here's my usual plug of the . Add yourself if you feel like it.
Happy posting!

Thank you all for the kind welcomes! So nice to find am friendly home where I can gush about the hot and talented men of NZ!
now I'd take my sister instead!)
Ugh--not at the moment, unless my luck changes! I was going to get tickets for the late show, then my boyfriend said we had plans on the 3rd and to hold off 'til we knew which show would best fit our Sunday Morning Wake-Up Call, but the tickets sold out so quick that I never had the chance to get any. I keep checking around, in hopes two together will turn up! (Though the bf has lost his chance;Are you going to the Milwaukee show? or one of them?
